Calgarians rally in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter Movement

“It’s 2020, this shouldn’t be an issue anymore.”Guys, no. This shouldn’t have been an issue ever. As an informative platform, we’re supposed to stay unbiased, but this isn’t a matter of opinion. This is a matter of what’s right. Like many of you, we cannot comprehend the ignorance or injustice we’ve all seen on our screens, and what’s even more disturbing is everything that we haven’t seen. We hope that this is a wake-up call, a tipping point, but we need to be together, loud, proud, and peaceful. Whether you’d like to add yours to the growing and unified voice, speaking out for all those who are unable to or would like to donate there are several charities, petitions, and anti-racism rallies happening in Calgary, all of which are meant to also comply with social distancing guidelines.
