The Alberta Ghostbusters: Afterlife prop team is making medical equipment

The team that made the “bustin’ equipment” for the Alberta-filmed Ghostbusters: Afterlife and a few professional Alberta cosplayers have taken a break from crafting proton packs and belt gizmo’s to help out those on the frontlines of the Coronavirus outbreak.
Any other year, this 34 person group would either be making realistic accessories for or appearing at events like the Calgary Comic Expo. This year, though, in the wake of cancellations, they turn their sights to a threat maybe even more terrifying than the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

From shields to scrubs and face maks, the official “Alberta Ghostbusters” and their 3D printer, have been busy putting together medical-grade equipment for Alberta healthcare workers.
These guys are no stranger to charitable acts either. They’ve actually donated a portion of all proceeds made by showing up to major Calgary events for the last few years, so they’re basically actual heroes.
We ain’t afraid of no ghosts, and thanks to these guys, we ain’t gotta be afraid for our doctors and nurses either.
