Paul Rudd to film Ghostbusters 3 in Calgary this summer

Nobody panic! Ageless good guy and ultimate man crush Paul Rudd is headed our way. Like, THIS JULY. Okay, panic. We’re full-on losing our minds about the potential of meeting one of our fave celebs… But the news seems all too real, since he’s officially part of the Ghostbusters 3 cast.
Not sure why that’s relevant? Clearly you didn’t read our two articles about Ghostbusters coming to film here. We’re hurt, but it’s okay. Paul Rudd heals all wounds.

Anyway, production is set to begin on July 14, and filming will wrap up on October 7. Are you picking up what we’re putting down? That means they’re going to be shooting for nearly three months.
And that means Paul Rudd could be here for nearly three months. Hopefully, a meme of Antman/Thanos quality will crop up while he’s in town. That would just be the icing on top of a very delicious cake.
It’s already confirmed that Finn Wolfhard from Stranger Things, McKenna Grace from Captain Marvel, and The Leftovers’ Carrie Coon are all on board.
However, we still have our fingers crossed about an OG Ghostbusters cameo. We’re preeeettty sure Sigourney Weaver is in.
Anywho, Paul Rudd is reportedly playing a teacher. We’ve been graduated for a while, but hooo boy. We would let that guy teach us a thing or two. (Alright, alright. We’re done with the thirst.)
