Daly’s show ran for 17 years, so Lilly has some solid shoes to fill. But, in true Canadian spirit, she’s stepping up to the plate and treating the opportunity as an exciting one.

“An Indian-Canadian woman with her own late night show? Now that is a dream come true,” Singh announced during a recent news release, “I’m thrilled to bring it to life on NBC, and I hope my parents consider this to be as exciting as a grandchild.”
