Hallmark to kick off its 2020 Christmas movie marathon on November 1st
Call us a ‘Grinch’ but we think as a general rule, people shouldn’t start celebrating the Christmas season until closer to December. You should finish eating your kids’ Halloween candy, take a beat on Remembrance Day, order a chai latte, and then, after it’s all said and done, put up your tree. But hey, that’s just our opinion. Apparently, the folks at the W Network just can’t wait, because this year, they’ll just kicking off their Hallmark Channel Christmas Countdown on November 1st.
Yep, before you’ve even had time to quarantine with that big bag of spooky goodies, Hallmark will be dashing through the snowy season.

Now, we probably won’t be watching, but because we really can’t really do anything about it we do hope that it lifts your spirits. If you think it might make you feel holly jolly, by all means, jingle all the way.
Who knows, maybe a marathon featuring that one movie, (you know, the one where the city-slicking executive goes back to her hometown, falls in love with a high school friend, AND finds the magic of Christmas) is the cure to a bad mood in 2020.
If you’re all in, it’ll all kick off on the 1st (as we said) and run all the way until January 1st with new original premieres every Saturday and Sunday.
