Cineplex is offering FREE VIP ticket upgrades across Canada
You can sign us up for the free VIP ticket upgrades that Cineplex is doing for the next week or so because frankly, we’ve never been able to rationalize the purchase. All across Canada, select locations will be offering their VIP experience for the same price as a general admission ticket.
What is the VIP experience? Well, it features a few perks that are tailored to the legal drinking age demographic. First off, the theatres themselves are smaller. Then, guests can reserve leather seats that are organized in pairs. Bye awkward seat gaps! We won’t miss you whatsoever!

Enjoy a nice little lounge experience before the movie. Or, order in-seat dining service (drinks included) so you don’t have to time a trip to the concession during a lull period. The promotion is a pretty lowkey one too– just head to the website, pick VIP instead of regular, and check out normally.
Considering the price of a VIP ticket is roughly $10 more than general admission, this upgrade is sure to be worth checking out at least once. And before you ask, no, it can’t be stacked with other promotions available from Cineplex.
