Well hey, there quarantine queens and television titans – fancy seeing you here. Another weekend is upon us – which means in a matter of hours we’ll be able to log off and devote ourselves to the cause. The cause… to avoid pause. For those who aren’t sure where to start, here are 6 binge-worthy shows that we think you guys should check out this weekend.. after you cry your way through the season finale of The Mandalorian, of course.
THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT
Alright, kids. Buckle up, because this one is a turbulent ride. The Flight Attendant (based on the novel of the same name) follows Cassie Bowden (played by Kaley Cuoco), a flight attendant (obviously) who wakes up after a night of drinking in Bangkok next to a dead guy – with no recollection of what happened the night before. Did she kill the dude? She has no idea – but it works in our favour. This show is a whodunnit, piece by piece, “why would you do that… wait, would we do that?” mystery – and one hell of a show and a must-watch this weekend.

THE UNDOING
For those of you who may not have gotten around to watching The Undoing – there’s no day but today to start. People are obsessed with this psychological thriller and for a good reason – it’s insane. Basically – without spoiling anything – This HBO future classic follows psychologist, Grace Fraser (played by Nicole Kidman) who’s entire life goes up in flames after her husband (played by Hugh Grant) is linked to the death of a parent at their son’s private school. If you haven’t figured it out yet, we’re a big fan of mystery.. and HBO.

THE RIPPER
Alright, fellow true crime lovers. This docuseries tells the chilling story of the Yorkshire Ripper, who terrorized the County of York in the ’70s during his killing spree that took the lives of 13 women. This insane manhunt, investigations and trial – like so many others in history – was responsible for not only, infuriating the public, but exposing the Yorkshire police department for their total lack of disorganization.

ARCHER: SEASON 11
Alright, so … so far this list has been a pretty heavy one, so we figured we’d throw in something for those who honestly just want to kick back, have a drink, turn their brains off and laugh for a few hours. Archer: Season 11 has landed on Netflix, and is perfect for doing exactly that. Enjoy!

SMALL AXE
Amazon’s Small Axe is an eye-opening, heart-wrenching series that features 5 mini-movies all set between 1960 and 1980. Each tells a story from a different character’s point of view during a time where racial bigotry ran ramped through the West Indian community of London. With an audience score of 82% on Rotten Tomatoes and several boxes of tissues used on our own accord, we’d highly recommend giving this one a watch.

THE WILDS
According to its series synopsis, The Wilds is – a teen drama meets Castaway meets Lost. After a plane crash leaves them alone and vulnerable on an island, a group of young girls from different backgrounds must learn to survive. Now, because it just came out we haven’t gotten around to watching this one ourselves just yet – but between its impressive score of 90% on RT, tons of tweets raving about it, and article after article about how it’s about to ‘take over the internet, “we think it might be worth the watch. Heck, the critics even have nice things to say about it – and they usually hate everything.
