The Calgary Zoolights are back, now with Wizarding Wednesdays!
The holidays came early this year. The season for giving is in full swing and holiday light seekers are looking forward to there first fix. Well, today’s the day! The Calgary Zoolights are back and this year will be magical.
Over 2 million bulbs will light every night for the next six weeks, giving you plenty of time to ooh and ahh, maybe even more than once. Not only will you be enchanted by the incredible glowing displays, but you’ll be taken by some incredible themed exhibits!

Did your Hogwarts acceptance letter get lost in the mail? Take a potions class on Wizarding Wednesdays! Wind down on Sensory Sundays in the Calming room, or get traditional in the North Pole with Santa Claus.
Other activities this year include axe throwing and ice skating! Make a wish at their wishing tree or grab a hot chocolate and warm up by one of their firepits! This year is a do-it-all winter wonderland fun for the whole fam-jam or a date night win.
You can also feel pretty good about yourself by going to the lights this year! A portion of each ticket purchased to The Calgary Zoolights will go toward the fight to end the extinction of plants and animals worldwide. Whats up, karma?
