Home of the Week: A solid deal and a T-Rex houseguest

Alright, Cowtown, it’s time for another edition of the Curiocity Calgary Home of the Week. This time around, we’re going prehistoric. Actually, at first look, there isn’t much that makes this week’s house jump off the page. Instead, this house apparently comes with a Dinosaur as a roommate. Let’s take a look!

At three beds, 2.5 baths, and unlisted square footage (mysterious), this place doesn’t intimidate with its size. Instead, intimidation comes from the 8-foot-tall T-Rex living there. At least it saves you money on home security! Plus, you can charge a little rent to your new dino friend. Boom! Extra cash.

Jokes aside, this spot has a lot to offer. The large kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, a raised eating bar, a T-Rex baking goodies, and 26 espresso cabinets for ultimate storage. Not bad at all.

Wait a second, where is 41 Cimarron Springs Way? Welp, unfortunately, it’s a bit of a hike from the centre of Calgary. Actually, this property is all the way out in Okotoks, so it’s practically a vacation every time you leave home!

All of this insanity could be yours for only $554K. Sure, it’s a hike from the heart of Calgary, but you can’t deny that it’s got some personality. For any purchase inquiries or further information, you can check out the listing right here.
