Home of the week: A luxurious, hotel-style family home in Elbow Park
Via Royal Le Page \ Century 21 Bamber Realty

Happy Monday! It’s a new week, which means we’re taking a look at a new property and giving ourselves a new reason to daydream. This time, we’re checking out a 4,102 square foot family home in Elbow Park. Can we afford this Curiocity Calgary Home of the Week? Of course not, but that’s half the fun! Let’s take a look-see, shall we?
CALGARY HOME OF THE WEEK

This southwest beauty is a cute family home in the streets and a contemporary palace in the suites with 5 bathrooms and 4 full/2 half bathrooms. Get you a home that can do both.
The kitchen is wide open and bright with a ton of counter space. It’s got not one, but two islands and a floor to ceiling wine fridge. There’s a ton of cupboards and cabinets which should be plenty of space, but just in case, you also have a butler’s pantry larger than our apartment. Excessive? We think not.

The living room just off of the kitchen has plenty of natural light, a large marble fireplace, and a built-in shelving unit. How convenient! The size of the attached dining area should also be noted. This room can seat 12 people comfortably. Where in the heck would you even get a table large enough to fill the space? We have no idea.

The other rooms on the main floor completely contrast with the main area. The den and office are kind of moody, dark, and brooding, but we dig it.
Upstairs is where you’ll find the extravagant master bedroom, with a massive closet and a tranquil spa-like bathroom with a Washington Monument’s worth of marble.

In addition to the necessities, there’s also a fitness centre, a family media room, a games area, a bar, and another wine room. Wowza.
