Welcome back, Calgary! Let’s get out of the snow and into some deals, shall we? This Calgary Happy hour of the week has it all. Cheap drinks, Lucky Putt, and even free fries with your parking ticket…which actually has nothing to do with their happy hour, but was so exciting we just had to mention it anyway. Let us explain!
HAPPY HOUR OF THE WEEK
Taiko Canteen is one of Calgary’s newest all-in-one restos. They actually started on four wheels, as a beloved food truck, and then finally opened their first permanent spot along with Zilford’s Fried Chicken back in June.
Their 3,000 square foot food market and beerhall have been a smash hit since then. Their rotating taps, fried chicken, tacos, and minigolf are definitely why people go, but their happy hour is a huge reason why people stay.

Now, about those free fries. From now until the end of January 2020, anyone who has recently gotten a parking ticket can bring it in and get some of those sweet lucky fries on the house at any time of the day! This is just another reason to check out Taiko. Parking violations never tasted so good!
