Weekend plans? These insane brunch & cocktail combos at Anju


We know you love brunch Calgary. But it’s time you shake things up a little! Ditch the mimosa, it’s time for some ultra fresh sips courtesy of Anju. You may be thinking, “what?! They do brunch too?!” And yes Calgs, it’s a thing and it’s happening every weekend from 10-3. Let’s dive in!

Chef Roy Oh is bringing us some truly unreal eats. Feeling something sweet? Go for Peanut Butter & Jelly Waffles. Wanna go decadent and savoury? Try Pork Belly and Kimchi Eggs Benedict.

We’re also big fans of their Mushrooms on Toast. We’re fans of pretty much everything on toast, but that’s besides the point. If you’re feeling trendy, Kimchi Ramen might be up your alley. Hop aboard the fermented food bandwagon! It’s healthy over here!

And since “Anju” means “food you eat with alcohol”, you’ve gotta wash things down with some of their summer cocktails. The Florist’s a Pisco, Creme de Violette, St Germain, ginger & thyme syrup, lemon, and prairie rose bitters adventure. We’re also big fans of the Gold Digger and Tapped In!
