Hey, friendo, you hungry? Well, you will be after reading this. Calgary, it’s time for the Curiocity Bite of the Week! We’re going for some Asian flair this time.
If you’ve never heard of Banh Xeo Tacos, we’re so sorry– but you haven’t been living. Translated as “sizzling pancake tacos”, these things are a savoury, shrimpy, hand-held dream. Dive in deeper to taste the rich pork belly, coconut mung bean puree, and chili lime nuoc cham dip.
They come in groups of 3, which means you can share with your crew. We don’t know if you should, but that’s a different story. We’ve trolled the ‘gram looking for foodies’ reactions to this, and so far everyone’s pretty obsessed. We haven’t seen a score under 8.5 out of 10.
