Free the nipple: Two Canada waterparks now allow topless patrons

Two waterparks in Ontario and Quebec have quietly become the first two topless waterparks in Canada, but if there’s one thing we know about the internet, it’s that nothing is quiet. Unless you’re trying to make a bunch of noise, then nobody cares.
Anyway, enough of our internet theories for today.
Village Vacances Valcartier and Calypso Waterpark will now allow all genders to go topless at their facilities. The move is reflective of a human rights complaint against several Ontario waterparks. And that stemmed from a 1996 Supreme Court of Ontario decision allowing anyone to go topless in public.

Of course, there are a few caveats to the new rule. Since these are family waterparks, thong bathing suits and other revealing garments will still be banned. Also, the rules are at the discretion of management. Basically, the updates are in theory, for the time being.
So, the next time you find yourself in Northern Quebec or 35km east of Ottawa, know that anyone in your party can enjoy a the first two topless waterparks in Canada.
Probably.
