Reader’s Rock Garden
Just off McLeod Trail and 25th Avenue, Reader’s Rock Garden is an urban oasis. It might be the perfect lawn, the flowers, or that bench outside, but we can feel our heart rates lower while we’re here.

Devonian Gardens
If we’re doing a classic Calgary weather switcheroo– sunny skies to hail bullets? Sounds about right– you might as well head inside to smell the blooms. Devonian Gardens got a sweet reno not too long ago too, go check ‘er out!

Calgary Zoo Botanical Garden
There’s nothing more magical than being a butterfly’s perch. You are the chosen one. Bask in the greatness that is this enchanting moment. Oh, and there’s pretty flowers.

You can walk your dog here. Need we say more? Okay, fine. This place is full of ornamental and native plants that are super gorg and totally worth the walk.

Beaulieu Gardens
Lougheed House was originally built in 1891. It used to be known as “Beaulieu” (French for “beautiful place”), and we have to admit that the name still makes a lot of sense. From the gardens to the grand sandstone design, it gives off major high society vibes.

Calgary Horticultural Society
The CHS is a charity dedicated to cultivating Calgary’s gardening community. Become a member and you can admire peoples’ gardens throughout the city! While we unintentionally murder our house plants, we can admire their happy delphiniums.
