The Warriors just congratulated the Raptors in a super classy way

Well, they’re certainly not bad sports! The Golden State Warriors just showed some major class in congratulating their NBA Championship opponents. Even though their 3-year domination has come to an end, the Warriors are taking it in stride.
So, how’d they do it? With a full-page ad in Monday’s Toronto Star, of course! It read, “The Golden State Warriors congratulate the Toronto Raptors on their historic achievement and bringing the 2019 NBA championship to the City of Toronto.” Aww. Thanks guys.

Our fave part, though? The ad featured a black-and-white photo of Stephen Curry hugging Kyle Lowry after the historic Game 6 win. See? We can all be friends! Even master troll Drake has to admit that’s some heartwarming stuff right there.
We’re personally feeling pretty touched by the whole thing. Just tall guys, coming together as one… brings a tear to our eye, you know?
