Cluck, that’s good. That’s what we say every time we finish made-from-scratch chicken from Cluck ‘N’ Cleaver. Or it would be, if our pals appreciated a quality pun. But anywho, we’re here to talk about the fact that C&C is opening a new location!! Can you tell we’re eggcited?

If you’re not sure what we’re talking about, first of all shame on you. Second of all here’s the lowdown. This place is owned and operated by Nicole and Francine Gomes, sisters in chicken love and in DNA. Francine raises ’em and Nicole dominates in the kitchen (hello, Top Chef cameo). As such, Calgary’s treated to some seriously cluck ass fried and rotisserie chicken.

So that’s right Calgary, you’ll be able to grab homemade gravy and biscuits at a 2nd spot in Calgary. From July 8 on, West Springs Co-op Store will be Cluck ‘N’ Cleaver 2.0’s home!

We’re expecting a wicked grand opening party, and maybe even some delicious samples to celebrate with. We’ll keep you updated on all that… But for now? Just spend your time fantasizing about a clucking delicous drumstick.
