Well, Calgary, March means spring (apparently), so we’re getting ready for a shift in seasons. Knowing Calgary, it probably will stay cold for quite a while… but that doesn’t mean we have to stay inside. There’s a whole lot to do this month so stay tuned for 21 things you just gotta do in Calgary this March.

Young The Giant

We never knew we needed a song about cough syrup, but now that it’s here we can’t stop jamming. YTG is also bringing upcoming band Sure Sure with them, so if you’re indie this is a must-hit show.

We can smell a Red Mile coming on, can’t you? Our boys have been killing it with a huge win trend, so now it’s time to continue that in the month of March. They need your help though, so bring your best Flames sweater and your purple Gatorade and join the C of Red.

YYC Food and Drink Experience

A 10-day culinary experience bringing some of the city’s finest dining experience to Calgarians at an affordable cost. Presented by Brightside, this foodie festival is encouraging you to explore Calgary’s amazing culinary scene through the value of prix-fixe menus. Restaurants will have $20-$30 lunch menus and $30-$40 dinner menus. Select restaurants will have $65 gourmet dinner menus if you’re feeling a ‘lil boujee.
