Get locked in the new Library’s escape room tonight
The new library is crazy cool, everyone knows it. But what you might not know is that tonight you can hang out in after hours. Well, more specifically, you can get trapped in it.
Tonight the new Central Library is being transformed into a thrilling escape room. Called Locked Library, the event will see teams of contestants trying to escape the newly-opened building before time runs out.
If it sounds familiar, it’s ‘cause Beakerhead’s done it before at the old Central Library. But if you thought last time was hard, you’re in for a heck of a ride this time.

Uber has big plans for 2019
The event will run for about two hours from 7:30 to 9:30 pm, which means that you’ll be able to get an after-hours view of the 4 stunning new floors. It’ll only cost you roughly 42 bucks… so get online, grab a ticket, and register your group (or join one!).
All proceeds will go towards supporting the Calgary Public Library, so you know your cash is going to a good cause! We’ll see you there tonight.
