Calgary makes list of best places to visit in 2019

Well, it’s official, people: Canadians love Calgary. We knew it all along but sometimes it’s nice to see it confirmed by a third-party and fool-proof, old-school science. Expedia has just released its list of Canadian’s 19 best places to visit in 2019, and sure enough, Cowtown made the list.
Expedia cited a few obvious things, like the Calgary Stampede and Glenbow Museum, but it also pointed out a couple of niche things that count as must-sees. It mentioned that Pigeonhole is a definite stop to stop in and grab some grub, and that Model Milk is your best bet for the cocktail of your choice.

Hard to argue there. But since we’re here to help, we’d like to toss GRETA, Shokunin, The Guild, and the brand new Mister Chen’s in as a few to add to any tourist’s list.
And how could they forget the new Public Library and National Music Centre? Tsk, tsk, Expedia survey. You’re selling us short!
Regardless, it’s pretty nice to know that this great country recognizes its greatest city (don’t @ us) heading into 2019.
You can check out the rest of the list right here to see all the other wicked spots that made the list.
