We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it a thousand more times. Reading tweets and seeing pictures or videos of people coming together while physically apart has been really cool, guys. Birthday drive-bys, especially, have been our favourite things to watch while in quarantine. We’ve seen sirens, car parades, and megaphones, but officers in Canmore may have just blown all of that out of the water.

Earlier this week, six-year-old Hendrix got a squad of synchronized cruisers dancing to Bruno Mars, which he watched from the porch of his family home.

The vehicle jig lasted minutes and was flawlessly executed, then was concluded with a mountie serenade over the loudspeakers.

The video (seen above) which was posted to Facebook by his dad, shows how over the freaking moon he is for the birthday surprise and ends with the family thanking the officers for their time.

You can consider our hearts warmed, Canmore. Brava. Now, how do we get one?
