Disneyland released the recipe for their iconic Vegan Cookie Fries

Via Disney Parks Blog

Oh, Disney. You’ve done it again. Somehow, you gave us exactly what we needed before we even knew we needed it. Worldwide, their parks are shut down due to the coronavirus outbreak, but they’re not letting that stop anyone who planned on taking a trip to the happiest place on earth, from eating like the kings and queens that they are. Now, in addition to releasing their top-secret Dole Whip recipe, they’ve also given us the key to recreating their iconic vegan cookie fries.

We’ve never had a basket of these bad boys, but from what we’ve previously observed from hate scrolling through our ex’s Disney vacation pics last year, they look pretty similar to biscotti.

Typically, the vegan cookie fries also come with 3 plant-based dipping sauces. Marshmellow cream, chocolate and strawberry, as if they weren’t good enough on their own.

This particular recipe makes 32 cookie fries, which they describe as the perfect amount for a family of 4… or one lonely, bored quarantiner, like ourselves. Perfect!

If you’d like to check out the official recipe you can do so here! It looks like all you really need is flour, powdered sugar, margarine, water, an egg substitute, molasses, and chocolate chips.

Quarantine tastes mighty good, guys. Thanks for pity-sharing your recipes with us, Disney! We appreciate it.
