Happy Earth Day, Canada! While we’re all in isolation, our planet is practically coming back to life. A crazy video taken by The Weather Network and posted by apparel brand Tentree shows the ground of a forest in Quebec lift and resettle as if it were breathing.

The 30-second clip might be one of the craziest things we’ve ever seen occur naturally. The huge gusts of wind cause the trees to pull the entire bed under the trail upwards without tearing the roots or breaking apart the grass overlay.

In addition to giving us a gateway to hours more of ‘earthly content’ through both Tentree and The Weather Network‘s Insta-pages, the video is just a really good reminder that we definitely don’t inhale or exhale deeply enough.

Give er a big ol’ in, out right now. Trust us, Mother Earth knows what’s up, folks. Oxygen does the body good.
