Rental of the Week: Loaded Lakefront apartment in Westman Village

Lakefront amenities on amenities on amenities. This Curiocity Calgary Rental of the Week has it all. The convenience of living in Westman Village comes at a price, of course, but while it will rest pretty heavily on your wallet, it’s also dessert for the eyes and would make one hell of an apocalypse compound. Is it worth it? Just take a look!

CALGARY RENTAL OF THE WEEK

With 40,000 square feet of activity space, Westman village comes locked and loaded with everything and anything you could imagine would make living in an apartment complex that much easier. The suite itself is beautiful, but the extras are exxxtra. They’re honestly the selling point here, guys.

Take a dip in the swimming pool, complete with a slide or work it out at the fitness centre. Westman has a party and games room, full-sized gym, courtyard, golf simulator, a movie theatre, and even a wood workshop. Wow.

This apartment suite has stunning views or Mahogany Lake, which you’ll actually be able to see perfectly through your floor to ceiling windows. Natural light? Nice. Nothing wrong with saving a couple of bucks on your power bill, right?

The living room and kitchen are joint by an open concept with a ton of space for entertaining guests, and the kitchen and has plenty of counters and cupboard space.

Each room in this 2B apartment is comfortably sized with contemporary lighting, a massive closet and an ensuite, obviously. Would you expect anything less from fancy digs like this? Both considered “master bedrooms” but we’d be willing to bet there’d be a bit of a fight for the one with a massive private balcony.

But like we said before, this place definitely isn’t cheap. Expect it to run you $3,995 a month. Yeah, ouch.
