One of Calgary’s biggest photography festivals kicks off this weekend
Now that Contemporary Calgary is open 6 days a week, the art festivals and exhibits are rolling right in! Some are new, some experimental, and some aged to perfection. Exposure Photography Festival Calgary is one that has a bit of experience under its belt. This weekend, it’s kicking off for its 16th year and we’re beaming!
If you’ve never heard of Exposure, don’t worry, we’ve got you. This festival celebrates the best in Albertan photography and gives internationally renowned talent a meeting place to mix and mingle with one another.

This year, Exposure hopes to further the knowledge of budding photogs and seasoned professionals alike. Over the course of a month and during events, portfolio reviews, and exhibitions, they’ll be asking big questions like: what is photography now, what was it then, and what’s in store? Study up, keeners!
