You may know Susanne Craig as the Pulitzer Prize winner who was anonymously mailed Donald Trump’s 1995 tax returns during the 2019 presidential election. What you may not know is that she’s a fellow Calgarian and a University of Calgary alumna and she’s coming home for a special event for UCalgary’s Alumni Weekend. This is your chance to dive deep with this brilliant mind.

Craig started her career at writing at UCalgary’s student-run The Gauntlet and has since then written for the Calgary Herald, Windsor Star, The Globe and Mail, Wall Street Journal, the New York State government, and currently with the New York Times. Needless to say, she has had quite an impressive career. The real cherry on top? Winning the Pulitzer Prize for her work in the New York Times 18-month investigation on U.S. President Donald Trump’s historical finances.

Learn how her career has grown from writing for The Gauntlet at UCalgary to where she is today, and how her tenacity brought her to new levels of success. Don’t miss your chance to join this luncheon conversation between Craig and UCalgary Chancellor, Deborah Yedlin! Register your spot for Saturday, Sept 7 here.
