Slip on those summer sunnies, Calgary– it’s festival season! If your summer calendar isn’t already full, we’ve got a solid lineup of local festivals and events sure to fill it to the brim. We’ve teamed up with Calgary Folk Fest to bring 8 Calgary festivals you need to check out this summer!

CALGARY FOLK MUSIC FESTIVAL

Folk-ryin’ out loud, is it almost Folk Fest?! Pack your bags pals, because we’re gearing up for one of our fave events of the summer! Revel in over 70 artists from around the world. Whether you’re watching on the ATB Mainstage, or the National stage, this year’s lineup is stacked with musical talent not to be missed.

When: Thursday July 25th to Sunday July 28th

PET-A-PALOOZA

Who let the dogs out? Join in at the largest outdoor free pet-friendly event! From pet treat packs, samples, accessories and toys, Pet-A-Palooza will be the most fun you have with your furry friends all summer long!

INTERNATIONAL BLUES FESTIVAL

Join in on the Blues Fest fun and celebrate 15 years of Canadian music! Featuring a full week of Blues workshops, concerts and special events that culminate into 4 days & nights of non-stop music on Main Stage followed by the nightly Twilight Blues Series, this is sure to be a great summer week!

FRINGE FESTIVAL

Bringing the best of uncensored, unexpected, and unforgettable theatre. Get your Fringe on with this year’s Fringe Festival! Fringe Festival is the anything-goes theatre, get ready for unrestricted, unexpected and unforgettable!

INGLEWOOD SUNFEST

This modern-day street festival hosts over 200 local vendors selling everything handmade goods, clothing, antiques, collectibles, artisan eats and more! Festival it up in the heart of Inglewood!

CHASING SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL

MARDA GRAS STREET FESTIVAL
