Billy Ray Cyrus is co-hosting the CCMA Awards in Calgary this fall
Well, we thought we had it made when Lil Nas X turned YYC into an Old Town Road, but no. Iconic mullet man Billy Ray Cyrus was just announced as co-host for the CCMA Awards, which are going down at none other than the Scotiabank Saddledome.
We’re hoping he rocks an OTR-inspired look with fellow host Dallas Smith, but either way we’re sure it’s gonna be a crazy show. We just know both of them would look crazy good in diamond rings and Fendi sports bras.

As for the actual awards? James Barker Band and Brett Kissel are in the lead for most noms, with five nods each.
And so the countdown to hanging with Billy Ray begins! The show goes down on September 8 and will broadcast live on Global, so don’t miss it Calgary!
