Calgary’s new Westman Village is a one-stop shop for every lifestyle

The Village Centre is open to residents and their guests and features over 20 amenities that are accessible all-season. With 24-hour security and over 500 cameras around the entire site, you won’t have to worry about looking over your shoulders.
With features that have never been seen in Calgary real estate, it’s hard to decide where to start! First and foremost, their fitness centre is on steroids– no pun intended. With more than 40 pieces of equipment, free weights, stair climbers, and a hot yoga and spin studio operated by Mode Fitness Studio, you won’t need a membership from an outside facility.
The activity doesn’t end there! There are two saltwater pools– one for lane swimming and aqua aerobics and another that connects to a two-story waterslide, and of course, a hot tub and steam room.
We aren’t done! There’s also a 4,000 sq.ft gymnasium and golf simulator stocked with men and ladies clubs so you can work on your swing even when it’s -25 outside.
For those who enjoy more artistic activities, the Art studio is fully stocked with pottery kiln and wheels, clay, paints, sketchbooks, and more!

And the demo kitchen is ready for your very own Master Chef spin-off.
For those looking to kick back and relax, you’ve got an array of environments to choose from. Wine lovers can sip and store their wines in a 5250 bottle wine cellar.
Book lovers can relax on a cozy couch with up-to-date novels that are swapped out every 3 months.
Cinepheliacs can choose from 1 of 46 theater seats while watching the latest releases on the state of the art 120” HD screen with 7.1 surround sound. Popcorn is also provided! The theatre is also set up for presentations or recitals with a Baby Grand piano.
If you’re really searching for something more relaxing, you can meditate, read, or exercise your green thumb at the indoor garden or switch things up and hang out on the outdoor terrace.
Don’t worry partiers. There are 3 party rooms at Westman Village that can be opened up to create a massive one (big seems to be a theme here). The room is outfitted with a 70” TV, a 50” TV, built-in wet bar, 2 full-sized Olhausen billiard tables, and a dartboard so that you can throw the most bumpin’ party.
Lastly, the Village Centre has its own Marketplace that offers a selection of fresh juices, smoothies, Analog coffees, snacks, and to-go meals!
