Jam out every day of the week this summer at the new Stephen Ave Live!
So we know, we just told you about everything you’ve gotta do on Stephen Ave this summer… but we ain’t done yet! The Calgary Downtown Association is bringing live street performances to Calgarians this summer through their new Stephen Avenue Live program, and we’re pretty jazzed about it.
The program “showcases local talent and aims to elevate the downtown experience on weekday afternoons and evenings along Stephen Avenue”. Honestly, we can think of no better time to jam out than during lunch break or the commute home. Sure beats listening to that one murder podcast we have downloaded yet again.

So who can you look forward to seeing? Singer-songwriter Sonia Deleo, for one. Additionally, flautist Lisa Graham and soul-infused rock & roll group Marcus Trummer Band will be there. Even if you don’t know who they are, you do know they’re good. And that’s all the info you need, right?
