Welcome, one and all, to The Royal. It’s been a long time coming, but the stunning Beltline addition has finally opened up shop just beside Mount Royal Village. Sitting on top of the very popular Urban Fare and the very convenient Canadian Tire, this spot is in a top-notch location. Not to mention the fact that you’re practically a block away from the best part of 17th Avenue. Pretty nice!
The unit we’re checking out today is a fully-furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space on the 25th floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the rental feature gorgeous mountain views to the west and downtown views on the other side. Obviously, this bad boy has a lot to offer, so let’s get down to the nitty-gritty.
At just over 1,000 square feet, this is a pretty solid size for a new build. Also, having a fully-furnished apartment immediately removes the headaches of having to do furniture shopping. Well, what about headaches from kitchen-ware, bathroom stuff, blinds, etc.?
