Ok, well we’ve had frog legs before, and we like Flaming Hot Cheetos. But together? We’re not sure about it. But hey, anything once, right?

Doughnut Burger

It’s a doughnut! It’s a burger! It’s Homer Simpson meets Ronald McDonald in all the best ways. Peep that glaze, people, it’s a thing of beauty.

Where: BBQ Beef on a Bun

Cotton Candy Mini Donuts

If you don’t get mini donuts once during the Stampede then you aren’t doing it correctly. It’s just a rule of thumb. This year, kick things up a notch with cotton candy on top. So sweet, so good, so Stampede.

Lobster Dumpling with Gold

We… love… goldddddd. So much so that we actually can’t eat lobster anymore without a little gold leaf on top. We have the same hangup with toast, too. No caviar? No dice.

Chicken Feet

This image looks like some sort of crazy Italian renaissance painting and we’re here for it. Like, some nutty religious scene or something. Maybe it’s just us, though. Just us? Ok, whatever, we’re still going to try it.

Pickle Popsicle

Bah, what the hell is this. Although, we have to say that the idea of a pickleback popsicle doesn’t sound so bad. Maybe next time they can set up shop in the beer garden.

Where: Family Freezed

Giant grilled tentacles and Octo-lollies

C’mon, what are we supposed to do with these? We guess the intent is to kinda suck on it like a savoury, seafood lollipop, and that damn-near makes us want to drive this thing to the coast and Yeet it back into the depths of the ocean.

Where: Lobster Boilers

And there you have it! The first 7 top picks we have for Stampede food this year. But with literally hundreds of dishes available, we will keep our eyes open for the next round. Happy exploring!
