Calgary, we know you love your sneak peeks. We got one for ya, and it’s all about the new face that popped up inside the Sheraton! Flower & Wolf is a classy spot with some unique dishes, and we’re here to give you the down-low.
Let’s start off with the space. With sophisticated coloured leather, glossy hardwood finishes, and some industrial-style design pieces, F&W isn’t hard on the eyes. They’ve also got a drawing of the downtown Calgary skyline on the back wall, which is a cool touch if you ask us. YYC pride, baby!

As far as the menu goes, they’ve got some familiar dishes. However, don’t expect anything to taste like your run of the mill comfort food. High-quality ingredients, like truffle sauerkraut and yuzukosho butter, make a big difference here.
Some of our personal faves include the Waygu Beef Hot Dog and the Barrel Aged Negroni. But don’t take our word for it! Just go try it Calgs, your taste buds are begging you.
