This boujee new spot brings all of the class you’d expect from the Palliser to the dining experience but combines it with that oh-so-valuable comfortable atmosphere.
Having just recently opened, Hawthorn wants to kick things off with a bang. So, what better way to make some noise in Calgary’s culinary scene than by introducing a one-of-a-kind brunch service??
Hawthorn has teamed up with renowned Champagne house Veuve Clicquot to deliver their very own luxe brunch program. Here’s what we can expect from the Hawthorn x Veuve Clicquot Saturday brunch series!
Saturday mornings are already great, but this brunch service is going to make them a whooooole lot better. Head to Hawthorn for live entertainment and a choice between the delicious a-la-carte brunch menu or a prix-fixe 3-course brunch. Oh, and you’ll also get a bottle of Veuve Clicquot for your table. Can’t believe we almost forgot to mention that!
On top of that, once a month Hawthorn and Veuve Clicquot will join forces for an even more intense brunch experience! Going by the very slick name of the Brunch D’Luxe Program, this monthly feature will include some unique installations from Veuve Cliquot and will be popping up beginning May 4th.
