Located on the 26th floor of the Estate condominium building, this spot is not for those with minimalist taste (or a fear of heights). The suite is fully furnished with original artwork, stainless steel appliances, hotel-esque carpet, and in-suite laundry.

We imagine you’ll be hosting a lot of wine tastings (AKA, fancy house parties) here. With a dual-climate 24″ Sub-Zero wine fridge and granite countertops, it’d be a shame not to invite people over. And if you need a post-party snooze? Head to the master bedroom to stretch out on the king size bed and watch some movies on the wall-mounted TV.

Meanwhile, your roomie can kick it in their queen-sized wall bed. It may be a little smaller, but with views from every room, nobody can really complain. We’re talkin’ downtown skyline to the north, Rocky Mountains to the west. Everybody wins.
