An exclusive look at GRETA’s tasty new menu

Curiocity Group Inc.

Some say that spring is a reminder of how beautiful change can truly be. We’re definitely behind that, because with spring, comes some exciting new food options! As we say goodbye to a (weird) winter, we’re saying hello to a heck of a lot of yum over at GRETA.

You might not know, but the majority of GRETA’s food supports local by using vendors from around the Calgary area. For instance, they use YYC’s own Silk Road for spices, Empire Provisions for meat products and Sylvan Star for cheese. Their food program highlights specialty street eats from around the globe. This means their menu has an eclectic selection for customers to choose from.

Some of our ride-or-dies have been the Ginger Beef Bao Buns, Korean Noodle Boxes, and Street Nuggets with homemade maple-mustard sauce. These stellar selections have had our hearts the past few months, but we’re ready to say what’s up to some new contenders. And you can guarantee that we will be welcoming these new choices with mouths wide…open.

Cinderella was proof that a new pair of shoes can change your life, and GRETA is proof that some new food can do the same. I mean, if you’re not refuelling after droppin’ it low on the d-floor with some deep-fried risotto balls, we’re not saying you’re doing it wrong… but you’re definitely not doing it right. But hey! We’re not here to tell you how to live your life, but we are going to strongly recommend you to eat your ‘lil hearts out.

Happy eating, Calgary!
