WinSport launches extreme training centre for X Games

Move over Shaun White! Winsport-trained athletes are ready to take you on. The launch of Winsport’s new summer training facility means it will be even easier for freeskiers and snowboarders to hone their skills.

From beginners to pros, the training facility has everything you’ll need to get better. Maybe you’re thinking, “How is anyone supposed to train outside during the summer?” Well, we’ve got the answer for you, because we had the same question. As a matter of fact, the training facility will include a half-pipe airbag (one of four in the world– holla!), a skiable dry slope, a super trampoline, and a full rail park.
With the recent announcement about Calgary hosting X Games Events for three years starting in 2020, this seems perfect. We can bet that our city is about to see a lot of fresh, talented faces in the near future!
