Well hello there, fellow house-hunters. Welcome back to another edition of the Curiocity Calgary Rental of the Week. If you’re into timeless luxury and the type of living typically reserved for old money, then boy oh boy, we’ve got a spot for you. This week’s rental features a pretty ridiculously boujee place in a pretty ridiculously boujee building. But hey, it doesn’t hurt to dream, right?

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an impressive 2100 square feet of space, this FULLY-FURNISHED condo certainly isn’t short on size. It sits on the 21st floor of The Estate building, which might not sound familiar because it’s a bit of a hidden gem.
This red-brick building just a block away from Peter Lougheed Park is easy to miss from the outside. But goodness gracious, the inside is a different story. Pretty much all you need to know is that the building is as high-quality as anything you’ll find in the city. Just look at that patio and that ridiculous pool!

With regards to the specific unit we’ve chosen Rental of the Week, we can highlight a few extra-fancy parts: The living room has a modest (lol) 70-inch TV with a full home-theatre setup. Don’t go to the theatre and run the risk of bad popcorn or chatty movie-goers, just stay at home and watch The Bold & the Beautiful in complete comfort!
The master, second, and den/third bedroom are all spacious enough for plenty of activities, and each has a TV of its own. Move on into the kitchen and you’ll find that it has top-of-the-line everything, so entertaining family and friends is always a viable option. Or, you could lone-wolf it and cook yourself up some royal-sized meals for one.
