Huge names are performing at Chasing Summer this year
Summer may seem far away, but when you remember that Calgary generally skips spring altogether, it’s not all that distant at all! Once it magically transforms from -15 to +30, we’ll be jamming at the Chasing Summer music fest… and boy oh boy, does the lineup look wild this year.
Huge names like The Chainsmokers, Above & Beyond, and Steve Aoki are gracing the CS roster. This means tix are gonna go faster than Michael Scott at the Dunder Mifflin Scranton Meredith Palmer Memorial Celebrity Rabies Awareness Pro-Am Fun Run Race For The Cure. Which is pretty fast.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 3 and Sunday, August 4, and get ready for a heck of a party at the Max Bell Festival Grounds. There’ll be three stages going at once, so if you’re not crazy on one act you can essentially “skip” it and bop to the next track.
The official lineup looks like this:
Saturday, August 4
Chasing Summer Stage: The Chainsmokers, Steve Aoki, W&W, and Slushii
Sunrise Stage: Infected, Mushroom, K?D, Slynk, CID, Kris Kaiden, and Khanvict
Sunday, August 5
Chasing Summer Stage: Above & Beyond, Alesso, KSHMR, and Matoma
Sunrise Stage: Vanic, Jonas Blue, Two Friends, Paz, Shlump, Lick, and Sodown
Elephante, Justin Caruso, Lost Kings, and Spencer Brown will also be performing, but official dates haven’t been confirmed yet.
See you EDM’ers there! We’ll be the ones rocking face glitter and a questionable wig. (Guess that doesn’t narrow it down, does it?)
