Alright y’all– it’s time to get your imagination caps on. Picture yourself enjoying a mouthwatering 40-course, stand-up dinner featuring wine, craft beer, and spirits, where you pick the best bite from top local chefs.
You’re surrounded by the majesty of the Canadian Rockies and some seriously cool people. Sounds good, right?

We know it does, which is exactly why we’re stoked about Cochon555 and Banff & Lake Louise Tourism’s event collaboration!
They’ve invited us to feast on heritage-breed pork and more local culinary creations during an elaborate three-hour dining experience and competition.

Five notable chefs will compete to win the title of “Princess/Prince of Pork” (or Person of Pork, if you’re really not into those binary labels) by preparing a 200-pound pig and presenting a “Judge’s Plate” of up to six dishes.
They’ll be scored on utilization, technique, and overall flavour. In the end, only one piggy will take the crown.
