We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again. Banff is one of the most magical places on earth in the wintertime and the best way to see it in all of its snow-covered glory is from above! This month, head upwards for Alberta’s annual Alpenglow Festival, held in celebration of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.

From Friday, January 22nd until March 13th, view seekers, couples, junior astrologists, family and friends are encouraged to ascend on a breathtaking journey from base to summit.

Guests will begin their evening with a scenic gondola ride up the side of Sulphur Mountain, then (depending on COVID restrictions) may indulge in an unreal dinner at the sky bistro.

Once full, head back outside for stargazing, s’more roasting and ice sculpture admiring. Take photos, warm yourselves by the fire, or have a themed drink or two at their pop-up glow bar lounge!

Honestly, guys, this sounds like a dream event, so you’ll want to get gondola tickets ASAP! You won’t don’t want to miss this!
