Calling Calgarian homeowners! The Property Brothers want you for their show ‘Forever Home’

Take two! Last January, we were delighted to share that HGTV Royalty, The Property Brothers, were looking for Calgarian families to appear on their popular Forever Home renovation show. Unfortunately, due to what we’re only assuming was some COVID interference, Drew and Jonathan Scott have begun looking for someone with deep wallets and a heartwarming backstory all over again.
According to the casting call, applicants must “Have a renovation/design budget of at least $100K ready to go” and should be willing to move out for 6-8 weeks during the renovation.
In addition to this, they ask that you only submit yourself if you actually own your home and that you be prepared to begin shooting in early 2021.

Fun fact: Despite an upbringing in BC, the Property Brothers actually went to school at the U of C. It was here that they began buying and renovating homes. Their love for the city runs deep, and we get it. We’re an easy bunch to love!
14Â homeowners will be selected for this upcoming season, which sounds like a dream come true for some of you. For the rest of us, it kind of just sounds really expensive, but to each their own.
If you’re interested in giving your current home a floor to ceiling facelift or if you just really want to breathe the same air as the Property Brothers, you can apply on their website here!
