Back by popular demand, Motor Nights launches end of summer/beginning of fall lineup
The summer of 2020 shaped up to be unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. We are thrilled to have been able to show Calgarians that social distancing and having a great time as a community is not mutually exclusive.
We loved being able to spend the summer with Calgary, giving you and your loved ones the opportunity to get out and see some of your favourite flicks, both old and new, in a safe, unique, and very fun way. After all, summer is the season for making memories, and we couldn’t have been happier to make those memories with you. But why stop now?
That’s right, folks! We loved creating adventures and memories with you so much that we’re ready to do it all again! What better way to wrap up summer and kick off the fall season on a positive note than with another series of Motor Nights? Curiocity and YYC Food Trucks are excited to host one last lineup to end off summer and kick off fall at the Cochrane & District AG Society.

From Wednesday, September 16th to Sunday, September 20th, Motor Nights will be launching our final string of outdoor movies this season. Our lineup is running two showtimes a day at 7:00 PM and 10:30 PM, giving attendees the chance to choose from five different nights and 10 different movies.
The movie lineup includes 80s classics like Pretty in Pink, childhood favourites like My Girl, and recent hits like Crazy Rich Asians and A Star Is Born. With our 42’ LED screen, our movies can be clearly watched day or night, rain or shine (or even snow), making your drive-in movie experience worry-free.
YYC Food Trucks will be on-site again so that guests can enjoy their favourite movie snacks and local food truck faves throughout the show. Upon entering the grounds, you will be able to drive through the YYC Food Trucks lineup prior to finding your parking spot for the show. Guests are also able to text their orders for car-side delivery once the show has begun, ensuring that everyone can enjoy delicious treats from the trucks of their choice at any point throughout the event!
Motor Nights will be bringing you everything you want in a night at the movies- nostalgia, excitement, and a sense of community in a year when we could all use it the most. We can’t wait to end off the season on a positive note!
