2020: Expect the unexpected. The last few weeks have been wild, guys. Some of you are isolated and afraid, others now worship a man with a temper and an impressive collection of tassel jackets, but a few of you… Well, you just experienced your first earthquake.

If we’re being totally transparent with you guys, we predicted the emergence of a Joe Exotic fan club and we’re pretty used to living in quarantine already. The one thing we didn’t see coming, was the 6.5 magnitude earthquake under Idaho that was felt in Calgary.

Full disclosure, we didn’t actually feel anything. That being said, many people who did, took to social media saying that they indeed were shooketh. The quake reportedly lasted about 20 to 30 seconds and was the second strongest to ever hit Idaho. That’s insane.

The last time Calgarians felt an earthquake was back in 2017 when a 5.8 hit Montanna overnight. We didn’t feel that one either.

Luckily yesterday, no damage was reported in either city and it will not likely have any lasting effect on our infrastructure. Wow, what a crazy world we live in.
