When your food court’s worth 17 million dollars, should you really be calling it a food court? Chinook’s dining hall just got a massive upgrade, so keep reading to see the boujee eating centre in all its glory!

Chinook Mall Gets New $17 Million Dining Hall

After 10 months of renovations and a modest investment (close to 20 million is nothing, right?), Cadillac Fairview’s Chinook Centre is now home to a brand new Dining Hall! Described as “modern” and “refreshing”, this space is anything but your typical grab-and-go spot.

Paige O’Neill, General Manager at the mall, said that the organization couldn’t be more excited to officially launch the dining hall. According to her, it offers shoppers a “premium dining experience and a diverse range of exciting food choices”, which means that we’ll be able to indulge in retail and meal therapy. Sounds peachy!

The new food court will feature 20 vendors, including staples like Starbucks and Cinnzeo and newbies like Famous Wok, Hula, and Nam. There’ll be room for 835 guests throughout the gigantic 30,000 square-foot area… and while the carousel is no more (RIP), it’s been replaced with communal tables and cute patio area. Who needs ponies anyway? We’re livin’ large with tables now.

So while you’re getting fancy at the new Saks Fifth Avenue or Louis V store, you’ll also have a chance to chow down on some posh eats. Just don’t forget the little people when you’re off living the glamorous lifestyle.
