The one where a Friends-themed brunch comes to Calgary

Guess what folks! The people behind the Drake party have decided that Calgary also needs a Friends-themed brunch this winter. They’ve truly doubled-down on the themed parties, hey? No matter- we’re happy to give you a summary of what you can expect.
The greatest question that surrounds the show is also a question plaguing the minds of most Calgarians, so it’s a fitting mashup. How do people working as baristas, waiters and part-time actors even afford rent in a city’s downtown core? We’re guessing trust funds.
The two-hour-long brunch will have drinks and food available. But of course, the main draws are the costume contest, the trivia, and a bunch of games to be played with your fellow guests.

Full honesty- we never really got into Friends (and it’s almost gotten us beaten up). But, we know for a fact that the best costume you can wear doesn’t include an armadillo or a turkey headpiece. No no no, the winner will definitely be the person that shows up in that absolutely fire tie-dye Lithuania basketball t-shirt.
And since the Friends-themed brunch isn’t until February, you’ve got time to save up for it. That shirt ain’t cheap, after all.
