Today in “yes, we’re serious” news. Calgary, Ottawa, and Vancouver made the top 10 absolute best places to drive in the entire world according to a recent survey. Calgary actually came out on top at first, and Ottawa stuck third with Van ranking sixth.
The Mister Auto Company, British based business, sponsored the annual survey and included over 100 cities across the globe. The study was divided into three different categories and scored individually; Infrastructure, costs, and safety.

Traffic congestion and the number of cars per capita, quality of road and transportation determined the cities infrastructure factors. Safety points were given based on air quality and motorist fatality rate, and then the company looked at the average cost to operate a vehicle in each location. Seems legit?
A poll was also conducted to examine road culture and aggression, which focused on incidents of road rage in each city. According to the survey, a drive through Osaka, Japan was the most relaxing. Good for them, too bad that still wasn’t enough to make the top ten.
According to the survey, Mumbai, India placed dead last at 100, followed by Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia at 99th, and Kolkata, India at 98th… brutal.
