Ooh boy, are we excited for the Rocky Horror Pizza Party going down at Without Papers this weekend? We get to mix one of Halloween’s most enduring traditions with delicious pizza? Now that’s an event that we can get behind.
Fun fact- did you know that the Rocky Horror Picture Show has the longest theatrical run for a movie ever? It’s been on a limited release since 1974. It’s also arguably one of the most important cult films of all time.

And, it’s like that because of the audience participation at midnight showings. Not long after the initial release, people began dressing up as the characters and mimicking the actors on screen.
One thing led to another, and now, the midnight showings of Rocky Horror are for die-hard fans and newcomers alike. If you go, expect to see a serious dedication to costumes and some over the top antics. But, that’s exactly how the Rocky Horror Pizza Party is supposed to go down.
