We thought we’d never eat a pickle again after this year’s Stampede antics, but here we are back in the dill game. Dilish officially opened its doors last month, and it’s pretty hard not to swoon over a menu where everything is 13 bucks or less.

The main goal of this place is to provide YYC with dillicious (sorry, we couldn’t resist) comfort food at super reasonable prices. Essentially, the entire menu is filled with family recipes and local ingredients that go down real easy.

Got a Snooki-sized craving for pickle? Dilish can help you out. The dill pickle soup is kinda like borscht, but if you subbed beets for dill. Their sandos are served with– you guessed it– a pickle.

But do you think they’ll do Picklebacks with us?
