Budweiser wants to pay one lucky fan $50,000 to watch hockey all year

Does that title sound too good to be true? Newsflash, folks, it isn’t. Budweiser is actually going to hire a Chief Hockey Officer to watch every single game of their favourite team this season. Yup, that’s right, someone will get paid just to watch.

Not only that, but you’ll get a sweet little $50,000 salary for doing so. Considering the hockey season only goes from October 1st to April 31st, that would equate to around $86K a year. Not too shabby for a hockey fan, is it?

Here are the details on the Chief Hockey Officer job from Budweiser:

• Work from October 1st, 2019 to April 31st, 2020
• Have the opportunity to attend or watch every home and away game with accommodation and transportation provided
• Invite your buddies (all of legal drinking age) to attend or watch every game with you
